Heat Treatment Equipment, controlled heating and/or cooling, is widely used to ameliorate the physical properties of the products, or to relieve products' internal stresses.
ProKing's horizontal induction heating treatment equipment is suitable for bars whose sizes raging from 16 to150 mm in diameter, and 800 to 7,000 mm in length. Salient features of the equipment are listed as follows:

- The quench cooling system of this heat treatment equipment is designed to meet the requirement of working piece. The circulated coolant tank capacity is 500 ~ 2,000 L. Heat exchanger 200,000 ~ 600,000 BTU. Pump (3 ~ 10HP). The cooling system can filtrate oxidized iron powder and oil and features constant temperature control.
